School is starting back up! Everyone is out buying school supplies, meeting their teachers and taking their "back to school" photos. But what are your Pups up to?
They are still right there; watching the hustle and bustle! With all the change for your kids, there is change for your dogs too. Heres a few tips to help them with it all.

1. Create a positive environment: Keep the mood happy! When the kids leave for the day, make sure they give hugs to the dogs. When the kids come home, make it an affair the dog can be apart of.

2. Take More Walks: With all the hyper kids out of the house, your dog may end up getting less running around time. Try taking them for an extra walk. Not only does it help burn energy but it will help with the extra anxiety.

3. Buy them a new toy to help the day pass by quicker. We all love new things, and so does your dog! Puzzle toys take time and use a lot of your dogs attention and senses, give one a try.

For certain breeds it is even more difficult as they are considered "velcro dogs". Some popular "Velcro" breeds are Labs, Border Collies and Maltese'. They may just need a little extra love and attention.

Aren't dogs the sweetest souls?

What do you do to help your dog with change?
